Brief progress update:
This week produced our info-graphic and finalized all our supporting documents, ready to be handed in on the 5th of November. We finalized our key CSFs and refined all our research including the TOWS analysis.
Reflection on discussions:
We decided after looking at many different programs that Photoshop would be the best to produce the info-graphic. Additionally we spent a lot of our group time looking at what makes an info-graphic successful and the best way to prioritize our CSFs. The finalising of all the work and ensuring that all parts of the market audit has been produced faithfully was identified as crucial. Therefore we decided that it should be someone's main focus for the week.
Individual Contributions
Joe: Updating progress report, finalizing CSFs and TOWS.
Liam: Finalizing the Micro environment research and finalizing the TOWS.
Matt: Finalizing the Macro environment research and organizing bibliography.
James: Monitoring the quality of production and ensuring all parts of the report are produced faithfully.
Robby: Production of the Info-graphic.

Progress report for the Market Audit: Finishing TOWS and CSF'S
Brief progress update:
This week we decided to delegate clear tasks. When we did meet up we had had everything we needed to finish the TOWS to find out the CSF's for innocent drinks. We broke up into smaller groups so we had two different TOWS, allowing us to pick the best from both.
Reflection on discussions:
We were able to come up with some quality CSF's but we decided to devote a big amount of our time in the next week to make them as relevant as we could. Research needed to be done into how we would produce our info-graphic.
Individual contributions:
Joe, Liam: Both met up and produced a TOWS ready for the group meeting. Also writing the progress updates.
Matt, James: Both met up and produced a TOWS ready for the group meeting. Also used some time to search more databases for more accurate Macro factors.
Robby: Helped everyone with their research, found some graphs and data ready for the info-graphic. Was a key neutral member in analyzing the 2 groups TOWS analysis, helping to find the best points from each.
List of action points and who is responsible for their completion:
Joe and Liam: Write progress update, work on more critical success factors. See how this will affect different stakeholders.
James and Matt: Try to find more Opportunities for the TOWS and produce more CSF's. See how these will affect different stakeholders.
Robby: Research into Info-graphics and reliability of resources. Monitor standards of work to make sure they are of a high standard.

Progress report for the Market audit: Finishing the Macro and Micro Environment
Brief Progress
Update:
This week the group finished our individual macro and micro analysis. We decided to pull the four documents together to make two high quality reports. We analysed our individual pieces of work and picked the best and most relevant points for each factor.
Reflection on discussions:
We were happy with the standard of both the macro and micro environment research and decided it was time to move onto the TOWS analysis.
Individual Contributions:
Liam and Joe: met up to complete and finalize the Micro Analysis.
Matt and James: met up to complete and finalize the Macro Analysis.
Robby: The finished documents were then handed on to Robby to look over and proof read. Robby then added points and removed some less relevant ones.
List of action points and who is responsible for their completion:
Each member to produce a TOWS analysis and start to produce the CSF's for innocent drinks.

Progress Report for the Market Audit: Analysis of the Market Environment
Brief
Progress update:
We researched the macro and micro environment for both the soft drinks market and how this will affect Innocent drinks. We have also been considering how the research we have done will contribute to the TOWS analysis leading on to the CSFs. By considering what our research will lead to we can already start to establish what we need to work on to produce the best Market Audit. This is what the Market Audit will be:

Who
looked at Factors affecting the Macro and Micro environment?
Matt
and James used the PESTLE analysis to compile the factors effecting
the macro environment while Liam and Joe looked at Suppliers,
Competitors, Marketing intermediaries, Social, Publics, Company and
Customers to compile factors effecting the micro environment.
Reflection
on discussions:
We
were able to find quality research on most aspects of the macro and
micro environment. In particular we found Broad Sheet newspapers and
the Innocent website useful for our qualitative research, and the
Market line, Britvic soft drinks report and the UK soft drinks report
2012 for up to date quantitative data. We struggled to find quality
research on legal factors affecting the macro environment and company
and public factors affecting the micro environment. After discussion
we found the most effective research methods by sharing our own
individual methods, hopefully making our research more reliable and
helping each other to find more information on the points we were
struggling on.
Individual
Contributions:
Matt,
James: Researched the Macro Environment .
Liam,
Joe: Researched the Micro Environment.
Robby:
Blog Research, set-up and analyzing quality of research.
List
of action points and who is responsible for their completion:
Matt
and James: Finished Macro environment.
Joe
and Liam: Finished Micro environment.
Robby:
To help research into the Legal, company and public factors to help
produce more quality research. And to ensure all research could be linked to
Innocent and be of a high quality.
